Car Parking Changes & Free Parking

To make paying for parking easier at Rutherglen Exchange a new system was introduced from Monday 3 February 2020. The ANPR scheme means that once you input your registration number into the machine for payment, you do not need to return to your car to display a parking ticket, as the system has automatically logged your payment to your car. You also have the ability to extend your length of stay from your mobile if you have downloaded the app JustPark. The tariff remains exactly the same, it is just more convenient and safer.
